BlackBull Surface Solutions, owned by JLM Construction Corporation, was built on real hands-on experience, not guesswork. I started working with epoxy and concrete coatings around the age of 15, learning the trade on actual jobs — garages, decorative floors, and industrial spaces. Over the years, I’ve worked with surface prep, repairs, flakes, quartz, metallics, polished concrete, and a wide range of concrete surface solutions. That background is what lets us deliver floors that are both durable and good-looking, whether they’re residential, commercial, or industrial.
BlackBull was created because I was tired of seeing companies overpromise, rush prep work, hide important details from customers, and chase quantity over quality. We do the opposite. From the first quote to the final walkthrough, we focus on proper prep, clear communication, and honest expectations. We’d rather take the time to do it right than cut corners. Every project is treated like it’s our own floor — clean, precise, and finished with pride.
